Two homes on one parcel of land

Anyone know of someone who will lend on a house and singlewide on same parcel of land?

Thanks

Erik has a spectacular aura about
Singlewide makes it a bit different, but if on a permanent foundation I think you should be able to take it conforming as long as there is a single tax ID and it is zoned for a duplex.

I have a feeling about the nuts and bolts of this story....

Let me see if I am right...

Mom and Dad live in the house and son or daughter stuck a single with no foundation on the property...???

It is in Virginia. It is a purchase deal. I had realtor call ask if I knew a lender that would do this before she makes a listing. Would this be considered mixed use, since you could live in either and or rent one of them?

Thanks
Lisa
