the TRUTH about LiveTransfer 3-way-Call mortgage leads

For the last year or so, my company has had a solid, consistant lead provider who help us grow to our current size of 62 brokers.

Due to a variety of circumstances, we lost our provider, and now we need YOUR help finding a new one. We havn't had to look for leads for a long time, and now we feel like amatures.

We've been researching LIVE TRANSFERS, aka live connects. I've heard good things, and bad things.

What we would like to know is the TRUTH about live transfers-are they beneficial or not? This is why me and a few of my co-workers have decided for the first time to hit the forums for advice- All postings and opinions, whether positive or negative, will be very helpful!!

First of all, welcome to our community and you are now a MortgageBrokerLandian. It's always a pleasure to have a member that can contribute to our fellow loan officers by teaching them how to generate live transfers for pennies. Honestly, I do appreciate your offer but I think it would be so much better to let everyone know how you generate these live transfers for pennies than showing it to me. I've experted this arena to the tee (I can't say I know everything but enough to play in the field) and I think I'm OK.

That's magnificent... let's say you closed an average of $3k per loan, you just marked $201,000 in one month and that's Freaking Amazing! Since you made that much money then let the LO's know in this forum how you did it so they can prosper as well? Share the knowledge so our community doesn't have to spend $85 on live transfer leads. Geeezz.. if "The Arasner's Paper Maker Technique" works then I might just have to work under you by originating these loans through my generated leads and your system. Why not if I could make 20% of that $201,000.

Or, I hope this is not another pitch where we have to contact you and be led to believe that its a free information. Where in-turn we have to pay for your services for the secrets of "The Arasner's Paper Maker Technique" or just another baby boomer lead source. So, why don't you just fill us in with this secret of yours? I'm sure you made enough money already from those 67 loans than to charge us some sort of fee for your education or by per lead basis. Give and it will come back to you in ten folds.

Sorry I am used to using both accounts, my other email account is andrew.rasner@carteretmortgage.com,

I will show you how it works, I go through a few lead list companies, infousa.com leadstoloans.com and a few other that allow you to get unlimited targeted lead lists with 40 loan filters, meaning minimum loan amount, credit score, interest rate, LTV genders ages, county,city,state,zip, Years since Bankruptcy whatever, I get very very very very targeted for my niche, which of course is subprime LIKE EVERY OTHER BROKER RIGHT NOW, However I did that over 7 years ago because I knew that is where the money is at, you don't get shopped, you can charge broker fee and YSP and not have a problem if you are an expert and know what you are doing, meaning you get the deal done at a fair price but still get paid for your time LIKE AN EXPERT! Also I had an autodialer before, way to expensive I paid something like $3000 for it, I have it in a box right now, Had to have 8 phone lines which are expensive through SBC AT&T, and it took 8-10 hours to send out 5000 calls, so I looked up on the internet different voice broadcasting companies that broadcast your (pre-recorded message) out to 1000's, or even 100,000's of people a day, if someone picks up the phone they hear my message and press 1 to speak to me live, or it goes to there answering machine. Well all these voice broadcasting companies wanted 10-20 cents a minute for the calls and they didn't have something what I was looking for I wanted cheaper per minute, and something that charged me in the cheapest fashion and in second intervals so it was less inexpensive so I could reach a targeted audience for a very very very very, inexpensive price. So I kept looking on the internet, And what I found was SOMETHING I never EXPECTED! Gold Calling! I know maybe you've heard it from other people, but not other people that have had results like me! Not other people that know me that also signed up with gold calling and have all had AMAZING RESULTS! One guy I know just got gold calling Timothy Hills with LightHouse Mortgage, he sent out 1000 calls which costs $15, CHUMP CHANGE, He received 25 calls, 2 approved loan APPS, and 12 Mortgage Appointments that Week! By the WAY HE JUST GOT GOLD CALLING LAST WEEK! He said anyone could call or email him and ask, AND OH YEAH, I have another 50 people I know like that also! I tell you there is results and I prove it, I DON'T CARE IF YOU GET IT OR NOT, I am hear to share this info with you, YOU CAN DO VOICE BROADCASTING ON YOUR OWN! DON'T GET ANYTHING! BUT IF YOU WANT TO DO IT SUCCESSFULLY YOU NEED TO TALK TO ME! I KNOW HOW IT WORKS, I DON'T CHARGE YOU FOR ANYTHING GET GOLD CALLING AND CALL ME OR EMAIL ME, WHOEVER DOES THIS, IT WILL CHANGE THERE LIFE! You still have to be motivated, you still have to close the sale on the phone with a mortgage lead! They won't just call you and beg you to do there mortgage and tell you to CHARGE THEM 5PTS. and OVERNIGHT Every piece of paperwork to you and close tomorrow whenever your ready! You still have to work, But if you do it correctly it will work for you! Again gold calling gets you the volume pricing through voice broadcasting companies 3.5 cents a minute for one voice broadcast company, but honestly I like another one that is 4 cents a minute it has a lot better features and the lag time on the phone is only 1 second instead of others that are 2-3 seconds and people hang up on you! Also you have to have the right scripts and lead lists, You have to have different scripts that what everyone else out there is doing, TRUST ME MINE ARE WACKY BUT THEY WORK! Also whenever I have a person that Press's 1 to speak to me it comes to my VOIP PROVIDER (Skype) and I see on my labtop who is calling me and I have a contact manager that I hit a button and it automatically imports the prospects information into my contact manager without typing anything, And it sends another VOICE Broadcast out that person on the recontact date you want it to go out on and an email and a newsletter all automatically! Also When people fill out prequals on my website I don't have the email come to my mortgage account with the prequal, I do not want to play phone tag with the borrower, I have it re-routed to my gold calling and and it automatically imports there information into my contact manager and sends out an automatic pre-recorded message (voice broadcast) to there phone number to start prospecting and an email! I also record a message once a week to 200 realtors in my area Green Bay, Wisconsin and have the message only go to there answering machine so they all think I'm calling them every week to get business from them and tell them about the latest deal I closed that was difficult for another realtor and my specialy of buyers with Damaged Credit and Bankruptcies $0 down 1 Day out of BK, after 2 1/2 months of doing this I get referrals left and right, they all say how consistent I've been and they thought Of me with some deals that weren't working or a buyer asked them a good bank or broker to go through, I do this with Divorce Attorneys and get refi's there will always be divorces, I also do this with Apartment lists, I send out a simple Message "Hello, Hello (So they think I'm actually speaking to them) This is Andy Rasner at Carteret Mortgage, You Just threw $300 into the GARBAGE this WEEK! WHY!
