Tough Situation

Allright I need some suggestions.
I have a lady that is trying to get some financing help. She bought a mobile (Ugh) And the company she bought it from are a bunch of crooks. They only qualified her for a 10 year note b/c they said "because of your age we can only do a 10 yr". Besides the obvious descrimination of that she didn't know bwtter and she bought the mobile. She doesn't own the land it's sitting on. She was laid off last month. She's looking for another job and asked the lender for some forgiveness. They told her if she didn't pay by this Saturday they would come hook it up and repo it. She has a 619 mid and I can't really help her with a refi b/c she would have tp also purchase the land or the land owner can kick her off. With the land on a 30 yr note her payment actually increases from 605 to 658 so that doesn't help her. She owes 38000 on the mobile. The guy wants 30000 for the land. She can't handle 605 or 658/ month. I thought if she could get the guy to rent her the land then I could just refi the mobile, but tht's up to him. If not then she may have to default and that won't do her any good. ANy suggestions?

Erik has a spectacular aura about
Where do you find this stuff? Uh... know anybody who will buy the land and rent it to her as an investment? Not much else you can do if he won't rent to her.
