Husband Has 9 Collections His Score Is 541

They Are Trying To Do A Refi Ltv 70%appraisal Value 150,000.00
Loan Value $105,000.

Was the most recent bk a chapter 7 or 13? I can do 70% for you either way. But if it was a chp 13 then we go off the file date and pricing may be better.
