I am looking to set up a title company in a joint venture with an attorney. I dont need investors, but I do need to know who to contact about the title company part of the deal. Can anyone steer me towards the right direction ?

I have limited knowledge on how to do this but I suggest contacting HUD for more detailed direction.

My bestfriend owns a title company here in San Diego (http://www.settlementone.com)... It's BIG money industry! I'm sure he wouldn't mind if I give you his information. His name is Jevin Sackett and he is the CEO of the company. Call his mobile at (858) ***-**** but send him an e-mail first at jsackett@settlementone.com, or call his company 800-toll free.

Thanks,
Carlo

Bill,

I just got off the phone with Jevin and he said he received your e-mail. He's quite a busy man but he'll be in touch... and he said he does want to talk to you. Good luck!!!

Thanks,
Carlo

MortgageBrokerLandians,

This is great! Bill here was looking for info on opening up a title company and my bestfriend happens to own one... Well, guess what? if Bill wasn't a MortgageBrokerLandian, he would not have found a 'hook-up' to get the information he is looking for. That's Right! It only happens in the finest forum community online for the mortgage industry leaders.

Thanks for the contribution to MBL and keep the 3 coming and the leads will do the same.

Thanks,
Carlo
