florida man has a spectacular aura about
dear greg

I went to your website. Are you a mortgage broker/ banker etc..... or are you a direct lender with an actual banking licence. If so, do you have rate sheets?

I myself would never send my clients information to another broker . If you know which lender who can help our member, just tell them what lender it is.

Actually we are a mortgage broker as a company but I myself am a direct lender.
I hope that answers your question. Rate sheets can be sent out per request by direct email only.

In addition, while you may never work with another broker, we average between 5-20 deals each week with outside brokers.
In many cases we are some brokers last resource. Brokers should look at our network as a 'Last Chance Finance Company.'

I would need more info about the condo..

What % of the units are N/O/O?

Warrantable or Non-Warrantable?

I think this one will not fly though. Greg could you share who you would think would close it?

I really would like people trying to help others close the deal. Not take the deal like Shawn Saunders lol

But you are upfront. So it is ok but we are really looking to share knowledge about how to close deals here and not how to take them from the brokers or bakers unless the lender or program is not available to the LO.

But, what benefit other than closing the deal is available if someone sends you one?
