tbw said NO YSP on streamline refi under 6 months old?

I just got the approval over and at the bottom my underwriter has a note that says "broker can not make any money on this loan".
The current loan is a fha loan held by countrywide. The customer has made 2 payments, (he's current), and wants to lower his rate and payment. I priced it out and 6.5 pays me about $4000, (I'm not able to charge anything on the front to make the numbers work), but Taylor Bean is telling me I can't make ANY money on the loan. ????? I've been up most of the night reading hudclips and looking for anything the underwriter could have based this on but have come up empty handed. Has anyone got any experience with this? Thanks for your help.

there's no room to charge anything on the front because its a streamline and I'm capped at the loan amount but if there were room TBW says I wouldn't be able to make any money on the loan. front or back
