Super Jumbo's in HI
Im looking for Super Jumbo Lenders in HI.

Scenario:

3.2 mil appraised value
Looking for highest LTV possible w/ most cash out
Option ARM
690 FICO
SIVA
2nd home
Roughly 950k C/O @ 75-85% cltv if possible

I've looked at Monster Loans, Lexington, Chase, Citi, WAMU, Luxmac, Pac Res, Thornburg, B of A...

Anyone got any suggestion on who can do this as an Option ARM?
