Here are some Life changes I have made that I have been rewarding.

It is very basic stuff.

Treat other's how you want to be treated. - I "feel" this is a good rule to live by in life because nearly all people expect the same 3 things out of each other. Honesty, Integrity, and Loyalty.

I am taking that a step further by Treating other's also how they want to be treated. - I am asking business professionals what they expect of me everytime without fail. Same thing to my customer's.

These 2 things combined are non-negotiable in my "Life Plan"

I am being more humble and putting other people's values first. I value helping people. In doing so the one's with the same values will likely recipricate good deeds although it is never expected.

I am educating myself and bringing something of value to everyone.

I am building a "Team" of service providers in an area. This team has the same values as myself. I go in and inquire on their services and their values. If they are not the same as I then I cannot trust that my customers will get the same attention I am able to give. That is important in preserving my reputation.

I treat all loans equal. Any size and any amount. Fair and Equal. I do not judge people and I can handle various personalities well. It is about respecting what is important to them and educating them to make an informed decision providing various options and determining what their personal goals are. The 20k loan may lead to a 1 million dollar loan. Long lasting realationships!!! More opportunities in the future to help others.

Full disclosure and nothing hidden.

Honest and educated direction.

Distinguishing fact from opinion. Using should, could, would, I feel, and making sure people understand the meaning of those words. Putting emphasis on those words so less people miss them or perceive the statements as fact.

So. How did I get 12 apps in 2 days? This is the main reasoning. It also took more than that though.

I also believe in god. He inspires me to be like this. I can only control myself! I can inspire others.

This is #1 but do not lose sight of you and how valuable these beliefs are. Someone should pay a fair price for this kind of attitude. It truely is rare and unique in the industry.

Loan Officers enviroments tend to be focused around money at times. Do not let it suck you in its trap if you know what I mean.

See I had these beliefs but I almost forgot how my success started. So I needed to re FOCUS!

People like to associate themselves with people who make them feel good and value their opinions/beleifs.

Ok the last few weeks I have had some great application generation success and in 3 weeks I went from 12 open applications to 44 as of today.

I worked this Saturday and last.

If you have an office close your door. Do not get distracted and work your hardest. Watch spending too much time on 1 loan.

Again I have 9 years of study, education, selling workshops, customer base, and trying various marketing.

I do nothing but work when I am working. I set everything aside and do my job. Customers like how I treat them. They like how I keep in touch.

My company is set up to have nearly every lending option available. FHA is a must!!! If you do not have it you are missing out on a huge opportunity.

I do what I say.

I under-promise and over-deliver.

I research for facts.

I study my program guidelines and memorize as much as I can to walk in a real estate agent office and say what I know and deliver on what I say.

If you do not know you do not make it up. You research for the right answer.

I treat business as business and drama is not beneficial to my goals. I do not get frustrated as much because I know what to do.

Being new is tough. I remember it well. I hit the streets every day and introduced Greg Phillips to everyone and I told everyone what I do. Even the drive through lady at McDonalds bought a house with FHA. Did not know her. Just told her and inspired her with knowledge and guidance to make her dreams reality.
