I am trying to find out if anybody out there still goes up 90%, cash out, 800fico, stated verified, 600,000.

i can get your borrower an usecured business line of credit up to 300k if he is self employed. If he is a wage earner, I can get him a personal line of credit, possibly 125k that we can make money on, I/O, to pay the loan down to 90LTV or less.
