Stated HELOC?

Here's a scenario:

- HELOC
- Primary Residence
- 660 middle score
- stated income
- $140K 1st mortgage on property
- valued at $225K
- BK discharged 11 months ago
- need HELOC for about 10K - willing to get more for qualification purposes if necessary

Let me know if anyone can do - don't really care about rate! Thanks!

I have yet to see a HELOC available for <2yrs BK seasoning.

Closed end yes. Try Aegis (They have 3 now Aegis Funding, Aegis Wholesale, and I think it is called Aegis Home Equity)

2nds down to 500

Countrywide has 2nds down to 500 but there is bk seasoning.

Sometimes they spank the 20% 2nd on the 80/20 and you can do that! They may even pay you 400. I have to look again.
