Starting Broker Biz-ned Good Net Branch

IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA-DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A GOOD NET BRANCH THAT WILL CHARGE LOW FEES? AND WITH A GOOD LENDER BASE? MOST WILL CHARGE 10% OF THE TAKE PER MONTH OR A 300-400 PER LOAN DEAL. GETTING BRANCH APPROVAL FROM EACH OF THEIR LENDERS IS A PAIN, ITS ALMOST WORTH IT TO SIGN UP WITH THE LENDERS MYSELF AND NOT USE A NET BRANCH? ANYBODY WITH ANTHING?????? EM TO GFORCEXX@GMAIL.COM

Hey George,
If you are licensed, and have leads, you should probably just open up your own shop. It is less than $1000 and lenders will sign you up easily. I know of a couple of good net branches, HCI Mortgage. Call me with any questions. Cell: 954-805-2009

Thank You Mortgage Diva- Yes I Do Have Leads,however That Was The Question I Wanted To Know-some Lenders Will Not Sign Up With You Until You Have Been I Biz Fot 2 Years- Is This True, If So Then It Would Make For A Good Piont To Be Up And Runing With A Net Branch.

Actually, there are ALOT of Lenders who do not require 2 years. Plus, if you begin as a Net Branch & then start your own, you wouldn't have the 2 years financials for the comany you start up, but for the net branch

Your Resume Is Evaluated So No Having 2 Years Is Ok In Many Instances. You Will Need A Current Balance Sheet And Profit And Loss Statement. We Have Approved New Brokers Yet Our Requirements Call For 2 Yrs. Financials.
