I recently found out that they will do a stand alone 2nds to 100% CLTV down to 525; must have 12 mth clean credit min.; min. 4 open tradelines

Yeah we will but not down to a 525. NCM we do require a 620. Try Aegis Home Equity for lower scores.

Try US Bank I just did a stated 100% CLTV 60k loan with a 688 score.

We don't do stand alone seconds, but I could do the entire 100% with that FICO. Not sure if that helps. Good Luck.
