Does anyone know of a lender who offers this product?

LEt me be the first to tell you there is a better chance of you wining the lottery than this getting done. I know because i had the exact same scenario and no one would do it i spent at least 1 week looking. you need at least a 640 Fico Aegis is the comany that does a lot of Stand alone 2nd's. Sorry.

You might want to keep looking cuz there are lenders that will go to 620 and one that will be offering 600 to 100% as of Sept. 1st!
