had not planned for a slab if that is what you mean, just normal demobilization...but could be an option if nothing else develops...

Regarless this is dwendling away. Mnaufactured Housing is performing very poor on the secondary market so you will see less cash out opportunities and I doubt you will find a stated investment loan unless it is rate and term.?
