1. 100% O/O SFR Purchase 182K SISA (living rent free)
2. 100% O/O SFR Purchase Full Doc $179,900 Loan Amount
3. 70% Investor R/T Refinance 35K SISA

The investor property is easy enough. How many other properties do they own? As for the other 2, I can't do 100% but I can allow a seller carry.
