Post *So do you have a business plan? If not do you need help creating one?

Just wanted to see if you have a plan.

First you create your "Life Plan"

Then you create your "Business Plan"

I have a tool for creating both and will see if I can get it in PDF here soon if there is enough requests.

I have a life plan, a financial plan, a 5 year business plan with monthly are quarterly goals, and I have a life's to-do list, it's the 100 things I want to do before I die list...I have 43 things left!

Have a plan but set goals...they are essential to working your plan successfully.

Very impressive!

I like that you plan and works towards your goals this way. You will acheive them if you plan accordingly.

What is the #1 goal in each plan?

Greg,

That would be great if you could share the life plan form with us. There are times that I get too caught up in the day to day dealings of this business that I get off track with my life plan.

Bid Chief, I never thought about putting down 100 things to do before I go home but that is a wonderful idea. I am going to follow your lead and make a list of things I would to experience here on earth.

Great ideas gentlemen!

I have a 15 year plan. I know when I'm starting my next venture and I intend to make one of my entities public (IPO) by the end of my 15 year plan. Purchased my first property at the age of 24 and now have 2 properties and working on purchasing my 3rd... I might have to put a hold on this but my goal is to purchase a new property every year. Working on investing into a nightclub here in San Diego real soon. I love goal setting. It makes life more interesting.

Oh boy what I have is copywrited... So I will give you the url.

www.buildingchampions.com

Basically you create 7 things and prioritise them. Such as Family, Career, Finances, God, Hobbies.

Then you write out what you want to do in each.

Then you work you career plan/business plan around it.
