SIVA in MN for NOO

What lenders are still doing SIVA in MN for NOO???

***With the changing laws many investors are deciding not to do stated transactions in MN, who out there still allows stated on NOO in MN??? Just a general question.

Gordon Lending will become famous soon enough
You may want to check the State guidelines, It can be interpreted differently but MN just enacted the "NO STATED" law for all loans. You cannot do a true stated loan in MN if it was OO, 700 score, 30%DTI, at 70% LTV. Sorry
