Hello to all!!
This my first post to everyone. I have a borrower with a 598 mid score.
Sales price is 168,000, they have $28000 cash to work with. He is a previous
homeowner. He has been employed since 6/2006 with a trucking company
paid by the load. Prior was s/e. He has 1099 for 2004, 2005 can not be
verified. He has been a truck driver for 30 years. The property is in PA
and they need to close end of October.

Thanks
