Simultaneous No Doc 2nd Mortgage
I have a borrower who needs a simultaneous 2nd(no doc) $19000 loan amount, 10% LTV/90% CLTV, Cash out refinance, 152K First Loan Amount, 190K Appraised Value, 630 FICO.

We do have a lender already for the first and it's also approved, but the rate they wanted to offer on the 2nd was very high (in the 14-15%), and the bwr wanted to see if we could get a lower rate for the 2nd.
