Short Sales...Help????

Someone tell help me out here....

Alot of Short Sales are happening in Las Vegas, Nevada, or just Nevada right now. How is anyone getting approved?

Most of the Short Sales are either OO or 2nd Home or NOO.

What is the criteria that you are ALL doing to get these deals done? 5% down, 10% down? Any 100% programs?

I was in a couple Realtors offices and they have like 20-30 Short Sales a month they have LISTED, but i dont know if they are closing them?

Just like any other loan. The short sale is a reduced sales price below the mortgage balance owed. You handle it like any other transaction.

I just spoke to a Realtor who gets send out on all these Foreclosures and he explained the Short Sale I am doing was done okay. Just need to follow through every day with the banks....
