Indymac offers 6 months bank statements personal (100% of deposits) or business (50% of deposits) and you only list 1 yr. employment history on the 1003. This program is for self-employed borrowers and for w2'd borrowers. So, if your borrower has been self-employed for 1 yr. you are good to go, or if by chance you have a mom who just re-entered the workforce and can show 6 months bank statements, or let's say a pilot who decided to become a taxi driver in the last year and can document the income with 6 months bank statements. If you are in FL, and if you don't already have an Indy rep, and if you are closing at least $2.5 mil per month, please contact me and let me hook you up, if not, and if you are interested in doing business with Indymac please contact Indymac and ask for a telesales rep.
Good luck in your search on placing this borrower.
Peace.
