GLOAT has a spectacular aura about
Depends on the trades. At some lenders one trade can satisfy all requirements.(i.e., Auto loan opened for 24 months or more, minimum high credit limit of 3k-5k, currently open & active). Best thing to do is read matrixes or send your A/E's a note requesting trade requirements. Most likely, if any offer an "exception to the rule", they'll reply w/the info.

At others, 24 months verifiable rent/mtg. history can dsatisfy trade requirements(Wilmington, Saxon, & I think Delta also)

Saxon Mortgage!

540 fico full doc to 75% LTV
550 fico full doc to 90% LTV

A 24 month mortgage history reporting on the credit bureau and currently open will satisfy the minimum trades or A mortgage history reporting 0x30 on the credit and currently open for 12-23 months reflecting at least 12 payments will also satisfy.

Feel free to email me with your scenarios!
