i have a borrower 710 score it is a purchase 3 unit property investment one looking for 95% L.T.V. LOAN SIZE $375,000. anyone please help me a.s.a.p

What state?? I also can do 100% full doc to a 550 score and 100% stated to a 580 score. Private VOR and FTHB ok!
