This Rami with Aapex Mortgage. Could you please let me know how doable this scenario is. I have tried to shop this around and no one so far was able to do it. Maybe a restructure suggestion???

• Midrise Condo, Owner Occ, New Jersey.
• First time homebuyer
• Purchase price is 232,000
• Documentation is SISA if possible, if not, might be able to do SIVA (self employed)
• 100% LTV, 80/20 or 75/25 (can put 5% down if required)
• FICO - 725, 679 (mid), 674
• I am looking for a 30 year fixed program.
