scenario help???
i got an old lady here 89 y/o she is a 542 mid , 12x30 all rolling , fixed income, 85% ltv , o/o , cash out refi ,sfr in illinois . looking for i/o product also due to DTI issues , makes 2500 a month

How many derogatories are on her account? Why is that score so low? revolving balance?
