Rural Property Financing Needed - SC
To Whom It May Concern:

I am seeking to find financing for my Borrower to purchase a foreclosed SFR in the amount of 36,000. We are seeking to obtain 100% LTV. The property (Rural) is located in South Carolina. The Borrower has a mid score of 540.

Any Suggestions for lenders?
