Refinance on MLS listed/withdrawn property in last 12 months
I have a loan that was conforming reg. refinance until appraisal came back with the comment "Subject has been listed with MLS but now withdrawn by the request of the agent and owner." This is a 92,000 loan at 80% LTV C/O Refinance. Can anybody help?? I have a full package.

mid is 557 but 0 x 30 in the last 24 months on mortgage.
