Refinance in Maryland

Hey, I need your help. I got a lady trying to refi with a 600 mid score. She has only been in her home for 6 months. She is looking for up to 125% loan with a stated. She can prove $130,000 income if stated not available. Loan amount would be around 540-560,000. SFR and o/o, new home in 2006. Let me know if someone can do this or point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for your help.

all the companies that i know that do 125% will only do full doc. here are my favorite two companies. Irwin Home Equity or IHElenders my rep name is Ryan Taylor and his number is 704-733-1912 and M&I Corp my rep is Shelly Schulteis and her number is 800-827-2654 ext 7644 these may not been your rep.but they can point you in the right direction. there is company call homeland that also do 125% loans. im not sure what the min. credit scores are but its worth a call good luck

I think you are not going to get this with any of them though. 600 is too low.

There will actually be no 125% loan because they cap the max loan amount for the 25% over.
