Purchase at 90-95% LTV, stated/VOE

Can anyone help find a lender that will do 95% on Purchase, SIVA, with VOE.

Unfortunetly I'm not sure if anyone can get away with a stated loan for a first time home buyer anymore. We could possibly get away with a VOE on this if it wasnt a first time home buyer. good luck! Sorry I couldnt help.
