I am looking for a lender that will lend on 2 lots of land in FL.
One lot is 15 acres and has a vacant building on it, previously used as a nursery (Property is currently zoned agriculture, but plans to change for commercial purposes)
The other lot is 30 acres and is located behind the 1st lot above; 15 acres is on dry land, and the other 15 is on wet land.
Borrower owns land free and clear and has 772 Mid FICO, with no history of late mortgage payments.
Can go stated, has assets, and estimate value of lots is $ 1.5 mil.
Even if value is lower, LTV is still going to be fairly low.
I need to obtain a lender who will provide a short term 1st for roughly $300k, and preferrably with no pre pay or a 6 month pre pay.
I am open to other options as well.
