Private Estate Sale!

I received a request that i have never received before. i got a call from a investment company who is representing a hollywood movie producer that is selling there 12 million dollar estate in Atlanta GA to the best offer of at least 6 million. im looking for a private investor who may be interested in purchasing the estate. it has appraised for 12,120,000.00, it works out to about 50 cents on the dollar.
