Let me please give you some advise (which you'll probably ignore). That loan will not fund through you "as long as we both shall live." I have seen literally scores of transactions that size and bigger get plopped into the lap of one residential mortgage loan officer or mortgage broker, or another, and their ego says they got it 'cause ... they are wonderful, have an inside track, know somebody important, they're worthy of such a loan request, etc. The actual fact is that it ended up with you after more than a dozen others said NOPE, just worked it's way downhill.
Do yourself a big favor, don't spend the copier, FedEx, etc. money ... plus dozens of hours as well on these kind of deals - stick with what you know. You'll kick yourself later (and then you'll remember me).
