I cant do loans in Montana, so I am using a company that can, but they ran out of Hard Money Lenders...

Yes, I would of thought anyone can do this as well, she owns the home out right, no mortgage liens/loans, she just wants to payoff old debts to get her credit back up to par...

I've tried...Mark Schaub, Gibraltar Mortgage Capital Management, LLC, their minimum is $100,000, which will take me to 100%, and I just want $50,000 which is about 50% CLTV.
