Well, a ex-employee is suing for back wages for closing the business in california. But this ex-employee who filed the judgement would remove it IF, she give the business to him. She refuses. This is over 10 years old on the credit report. All Tax liens, she paid off already.

Kristal got a hold of Jake/Fremont, but we already have a AE/Fremont for our company who did not respond to this senario.

So we ( i am the Team Manager for my Loan Officers ) are trying to give Jake credit for this file. We believe he deserves this loan!
