Ch 13 Filed 07/01/2005 - Discharged in 08/2006 (auto, medical, house) PLUS HE GOT A REFUND BACK ON THIS HOME? $18,000.

Ch 7 Filed 11/01/2002 - Discharged in 02/2003 (divorce).

Bummer, I won't be able to do 100% then. Only 85%. I guess you'll have to take Greg's advice and check Countrywide.

Yep. I know they can do it. They have a no tradeline 100% program and allow 1 day out of bk. Let me know if they say no please. Programs change all the time.
