Prequal Senario HELP! Purchase Investment - 2 appraisers involved on this transactio

Borrower: JOHNSTON, Investment
FICO: 707
Income: STATED, Verified Assets
Subject Property: Alamo, NV

Doc Type: STATED, VERIFIED ASSEts
Seasoning: NONE
Lates: NONE
Bankruptcy: NONE
Foreclosure: NONE
Max Loan Amount: $150,000


Issue: We had appraisal ABC do this appraisal, which was not completed and is charging $450 for this incorrect appraisal. We need 1007 and 216 to be done and the file is ready to go to docs.

PROBLEM: ABC wants an additional $350 for the 1007 and 216. So we asked for another appraisal to do it for $150 total for the 1007 and 216 form.

Investers dont like this...can anyone out there do this? Currently approved with an OPTION ARM, but if you can make the payment reasonable, we are ready to CLOSE NOW!

Phil, why not post the solutions in the forum? Can you introduce yourself so we know who you are and what you do? Nice domain name. Are you only using it for email or are you building a page? How do you like Network Solutions so far?

I advise members to not email loan information as this is a typical scam to steal your deal.

I did email Phil, and questioned him if he can do it, what is the prequal? I believe I gave out ALOT you need to know if order to do the loan or not?

No response back from Phil.
