Issue: We had appraisal ABC do this appraisal, which was not completed and is charging $450 for this incorrect appraisal. We need 1007 and 216 to be done and the file is ready to go to docs.
PROBLEM: ABC wants an additional $350 for the 1007 and 216. So we asked for another appraisal to do it for $150 total for the 1007 and 216 form.
Investers dont like this...can anyone out there do this? Currently approved with an OPTION ARM, but if you can make the payment reasonable, we are ready to CLOSE NOW!
