I have a full file that I need closed asap. $227200 Loan Amount No Doc Investor SFR, 30 Year Fixed, 681 Bwr, 744 Co-Bwr.

Here's the problem. It was listed w/ MLS one month ago. It has been cancelled.

Any takers?
