I have a scenario:

Anyone know of a lender that will do 10 n/o/o properties? Each start between 70- 150k each. Property is Albany N.Y, MID SCORE 664. ANY HELP?

You might try Greenpoint they do have one program that will allow you to have up to 19 properties. Now sure if it will work but worth a try.

YES, there's a list of them in the Scotsman Guide (been around 25 years), you need to subscribe to it, have it sent to your home (it's free) and in there is a list of most of the wholesalers and what they do, on a kind of spreadsheet. That way you can find this answer and future ones in moments!

In reference to your specific question, go to our Prime Niches search engine at: http://www.scotsmanguide.com/default.asp?ID=1095

Select your 'NY' for your State and under Miscellaneous select 'N/O>10 financed properties' and then click 'Search'. It should return a list of several wholesalers. Let me know if you have any trouble with it.
