which lenders offer pick a payment loans?
looking for lenders that offer option for borrower to pick a payment ex option of three 1. interest only for that month or 2. to pay PI or 3. fixed....
please provide me with more info if you have it

World Savings offers a loan based on their COSI index that offers four options: A minimum payment ( I have seen the minimum pay rate as low as 1.5 percent), Interest Only, 15 year and 30 year options. Greenpoint also has a similar program.

How bout a true 1% start rate w/a 40 year term? and a 1x30,? howz that for an option ARM? or should I say an XTREME option ARM

Hey do not forget New Century Prime... lol

1x30 is a no no for these loans. I have yet to see a lender extend one to a delq mtg customer but.. I hardly do these...

However....

I need one for Stated Income 100% LTV or CLTV preferrably.. Mid score is 644
