ok first thing first how do u get your own mortgage company in Arkansas can somebody take me step by step and i never did mortgage before

Sil, I think most here would recommend that you become a loan officer first - get some experience and understanding of the business - and then start your mortgage company. That's what I would recommend, anyway.

He is not subject to licensing and is opening his own shop by himself. Later on I am sure adding staff will come into the picture.

I was thinking this over and I would actually advise you hire an attorney to help you...

It was a pleasure speaking with you the other day. Erik's advice hits the target. Also, there are alot of loan origination affiliate programs to get involved with and this would be a good way to get your foot in the door (that's how I started 3 yrs ago). Check around and I'm sure a few MBL members could lead you to the right path.

Did you talk to another person I sent here recently? I referred him because I caught him before he gave emortgagestreet money....
