Just out of curiosity, who would you all say has the most competitive 30 fix program right now?

If all you are is merely "curious" Rick, I suggest you keep a copy of the latest Scotsman Guide handy, that way whenever the urge for random information like this stickes you again, you can thumb through it and call a few of those that publish their rates to get it right up to the minute

I've been learning the mortgage business for the past 9mo, but I still have a full time job. I want to be able to handle the hot leads that I have right now, in a professional manner. Try and get some loans closed and some refurals comming in. Thanks.
