Option Arm Programs

I mentioned before I liked World Savings option arm that is not fico driven. They can go up to 80% LTV at 45% DTI as long as they have good credit history for 24 months. I got people in this prrogram with 580 scores.

My question is, are there any similar option arms that ignore fico or can use low scores to certain LTV's? If so please list some of these lenders and there programs. Iam always looking for a good option arm so any AEs please describe what your company offers and the criteria required to qualify.

Thamks.
