***Option ARM, 90%LTV,SISA, Rate & Term, NJ, Aapex

Good day,

We are an Aapex branch and I have been trying to shop this loan around, but wasn't getting much luck with it. Please let me know of any suggestions as to lenders or restructuring the loan. Thanks

Here are the Highlights:

• Looking for an OPTION ARM program with Lender Paid MI
• Documentation is Stated Income Stated Assets.
• Single Family, Owner Occupied, Located in New Jersey.
• Rate and Term Refi.
• 90% LTV
• Appraised value $560,000
• Loan Amount $504,000
• Mid FICO 718
• Self Employed
• Title work is ready along with an appraisal and a CPA letter to verify his ownership of his business.
• There is a 1x60 days late dated back in January of 2006 on his credit report. The previous mortgage broker mislead the client when he did his first refinance. So it was NOT a mistake on the clients end.

Please note that pretty much all paperwork is ready to go and i am looking to close asap.

I greatly appreciate the help and effort.
