One Score! No Active Trades!!!!

I have a client with one score of 659. Everything is collections on her bureau. She is wanting to purchase a home at 100%, and she is truly self-employed, so I would have to take her stated as well. Does anyone know of a Lender that will do this? I can't find anywhere to make this happen.
Thanks for your help!
Sara

This is where I would use the alt credit idea. I do not know if you remember me saying that in another scenario but you can do a credit update and have the company put the alt credit on youir report and verify it with the creditor directly. Keep in mind you also have to find a lender willing to take your credit. I would use Southstar. They will up to 90 days.
