stop wastin your time on 400 fico high LTV deals. Highest you will get is 75% at MOST. Most of the time 65% full doc. The only ones I would hold on to are big loan amounts you can nurse back into the 500 ficos so you can make good money on. Other than that throw them in the garabage.

Unless you can get them qualfied with FHA
