NY Refi 90K

ok guys, I need the honest LOs here. I have a friend in NY refinancing, loan amount 90k.

i have her paperwork with a certain lender and they charing 5% origination fee, another $900+ loan processing fee, another $800+ registering or something ee. I didnt even want to finish browsing through it. subprime, I believe she said she had a 584. will get specifics in the afternoon.

I need lender names, or possibly an L.O. turstworthy not a shark to help my friend out.
