FYI Tax Returns have a ton of deductions - basically zeroing out
We have an approved eligible - but it requests tax returns and most lenders are killing it because of the tax returns

Here is pricing on a 30 fixed as well as an ARM ( I can make either I/O as well)

Du approval? 55% ltv ?

You cant get an alt A pricing from indy mac on a no ratio or whatnot?

You should try alt a options with that LTV , and even just give the tax returns to conforming before you 'shoot the 1003 and credit' to some guy who apprears on the screen.
