NOO property in PA.

Lender needed for NOO property in Pa. client has a 653 mid score,full doc,assets,total of 6 properites,subject is 120kloan mount need 80-85%
CO refi,seasoned

thanks greg

unfortunately it came back from DO as a level 2 max 80% R/T refi which is no help,cashout was 20K which he was using as reserves on his properties but cashout not allowed. LOL, this is a makes sense loan and beacuse of the state of the banking industry today, good loans are turned down. Whats that say about where we're headed. This has to be ,now done as B/C paper at a much higher rate. Tks Drake
