NOO Non Warrantable Condo Loans - Mortgage Forums for Brokers and Loan Officers

Just joined this forum today! Working in the panhandle of FL as a loan originator. Have been given the opportunity to be the lead mortgage broker on 3 condo developments in Panama City and Destin, FL.. Total of 690 units, already have the list of presale purchasers w/ 20% down. Need to contact lenders who will do non-warrantable condos at as high of LTV as possible. First group of units ready in 90 days or so.

Send me some information when you get it. My company is sub prime lender and we do a lot of loans in Florida. We will do non-warent. condos ill have to compare them with our guidelines though.

GN Mortgage is very aggresive at this and 100% is possible.
